The EBC's contribution to the European Commission's Call for Evidence for the Biotech Act II

The European Biosolutions Coalition is proud to have submitted its feedback to the European Commission's Call for Evidence on Biotech Act II.

Our position has remained unchanged since the proposal of the Biotech Act I was published: the gap holding Europe back is not technological. It is regulatory and structural, and the time to act is now.

This is the reason why we continue to call for a future-proof regulatory framework that will further enhance the conditions for the European biosolutions sector in the broadest possible sense.
